$125 per 50-minute session
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We generally schedule 50-minute sessions, however, 90 minute sessions are available upon request.
You should carefully read the section in your insurance coverage booklet that describes mental health services. It is important to know what resources are available to you when paying for treatment. If you have questions about your coverage, you should contact your plan administrator. I will provide you with whatever assistance I can to help you receive the benefits to which you are entitled. However, you and not your insurance company are ultimately responsible for full payment of my fees.
We accept most insurance plans. If you use your insurance, you will be responsible for the co-payment amount at each session.
It will be important to contact your insurance company to clarify your out-of-network benefits. Typically insurance companies agree to pay for a percentage of the therapy fee, and you are responsible for the remainder.
Payment by cash or check is due at the beginning of each session unless other arrangements have been made with me. I do accept credit cards. (MC, VISA, & DISCOVER)
In most cases I charge my full fee for missed sessions or those cancelled with less than 24 business hours notice.
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Cash, check and most major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
