Sarah Cole Camerer, M.Ed., LMHC
Psychotherapist ~ Certified Mediator ~ Owner

 

 

 

Sarah Cole Camerer, M.Ed., LMHC~ Mediator, is a Licensed Family Counselor and a Certified Mediator.  She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Boston University and a M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Massachusetts, at Boston.  Ms. Camerer also attended Boston University School of Medicine and completed the Mini-Med School Program. She is Licensed by the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure in Allied Mental Health.  

 

Ms. Camerer has worked with numerous populations in the community including;  the severely mentally, physically and developmentally impaired . She later worked as an Outreach Worker, providing community based support for those in need of Mental Health Services in the inner city.  In 2003, she became a Clinical Case Manager at the New England Shelter for Homeless Veterans providing supportive therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals for housing, job placement and psychiatric out-patient care.  She then joined the Clinical Case Management team at a private, inpatient psychiatric hospital, where she did intensive work
with adolescents, specializing in behavioral interventions such as
Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy and Intensive Family Therapy.  
She has been in Practice for 15 years specializing inFamily Conflict Resolution/Mediation, Adolescent Counseling, Family and Couple's Counseling. Ms. Camerer is also a Certified Conflict/Divorce Mediator and a Notary Public.

Ms. Camerer  is a member of the Massachusetts Mental Health
Counselors Association, the American
Counseling Association, the American Mental Health Counselors Association, the American Psychotherapy Association, the National Notary Association, TheNational Association of Professional Women and the American Association of Mediators.

Linnea M. Maselli, LMHC

Linnea holds a B.S. in Psychology from Worcester State College and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology, with concentrations in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Child and Family Therapy from Assumption College Graduate School. She is licensed by the Massachusetts Divison of Professional Licensure in Allied Mental Health.

 

 

Ms. Maselli has worked with numerous populations in a community setting providing individual, family, and couples therapy. She has participated in trainings for Trauma Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and The Attachment, Self-Regulation, & Competency (ARC) Treatment Framework. Ms. Maselli has used these treatment models, as well as other cognitive and behavioral models, in her work with individuals and familys to provide treatment and support surrounding topics including, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral & conduct disorders, substance abuse, attachment, and complex trauma. Her work with children and adolescents has provided her with the opportunity to become involved in the community to collaborate treatment with other agencies, schools, and providers. She has been in practice for 5 years providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults; as well as working with families to provide therapy, manage conflict, and increase positive parenting skills.

Kristine Gordon-Johnson, CRC, LRC
 
Licensed Professional Counselor, Author, Educator

 

Kristine holds B.A. in psychology from Clark University, M.A. and C.A.G.S. from Assumption College and has studied at the doctoral level at Boston College. Awards include a post masters degree fellowship in Arts and Human Services (one of five nation wide), listing in who's who, chosen as plenary speaker for international conference andOutstanding Human Service Award - West Side House. She has volunteered at numerous community agencies some of which include the Salvation
 Army, Board of Directors, Girl Scouts and St. Matthews Church.



 

Ms. Gordon-Johnson began her career working with children as a 
therapist using Art Therapy as her medium. This work included children 
in the public school system and alternative treatment programs. Her
work made Art Therapy available to these children for the first time.

 Kristine was recruited to work with adults challenged by severe 
psychiatric illnesses. She designed, implemented and ran cutting edge
 educational and work programs. The programs allowed folks who had 
lengthly hospitalizations at Worcester State Hospital to return to 
work and also to graduate from college. She started the first distance 
learning which evolved into on line courses at Quinsigamond Community 
College to support students completing their degrees.

  Ms. Gordon-Johnson returned to working with families and children. Her
work has included eleven years working as a therapist for a private
 clinic.

 

She currently is on the faculty at Quinsigamond Community
 College instructing in child development and psychology. Her book 
about single parenting will soon be available at Barnes and Noble book
store. She participated in a research project with Boston University
 regarding parents with mental illness and parenting challenges. She is
 dedicated to providing compassionate approaches to helping parents and 
children "be all they can be and lead healthy and involved lives". Her
 recent article "The Myth of ADHD" discusses her concerns and gives 
parents the tools to help their families.

  She has two children and lives locally with her fourteen year old
 daughter. Kristine would love to share her personal and professional
 experience. She feels each family she has worked with has provided her
 and the family with the opportunity to grow and learn.
